Beware staying at this resort - when we checked out of this resort they slugged us $100 for extra cleaning - we left the unit very tidy, spotless kitchen and all rubbish removed etc as shown on our holiday video footage. After several emails they offered us $50 back but we requested a full refund as the unit did not need a professional cleaner as they claimed. We had the video evidence but they couldn't show us any proof! They have now handed our complaint over to a outside risk manager who now suddenly tell us that he inspected the unit on the day we departed - I don't know how he could of as the resort didn't involve him until 2 1/2 weeks later!!! If they took the trouble to get this guy to inspect it why didn't they take pictures or file a report as is there normal procedure. BEWARE STAYING HERE!!!!! We have never had this trouble before in all the many resorts we have stayed in!
