We didn't get the separate rooms we asked for, the air conditioning didn't work, the pool closed too early, the ATM didn't work and they would not give us cash and add it on to the room. There are no restaurants close by after walking all day, and they didn't clean the room one day. I got bites that looked like flea bites!
