We had to cancel our trip to Italy because our flight was cancelled due to the World Trade Center
attack. We called and cancelled, we followed up with a fax, all hotels were very understanding and sympathetic Villa Cipressi charged us for the room plus tax because they needed 14 days notice. It is unbelievable , they must really need the business. |
