We atayed in this hotel for new year 2005. It was great value for money, especially at this time of year, it was clean, in a good location close to centraal station, trams and loads of good coffee shops. I read reviews after i booked the place, so i'd prepared myself for the worst! however when i got there i couldn't see what people had been moaning about! It's basic, but clean. We had ensuite as well, so it might be worth baring this in mind! The stairs are really steep but you get used to them, in reality this is the way the buildings in amsterdam are built and you'll be hard-pushed to find a hotel with non-scary stairs! |
