DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. I was a bridesmaid and therefore I needed a good shower to prepare for the day. We (me and the other bridesmaid) discovered on the first night that the shower was nothing more than a dribble that constantly flutuated from freezing cold to scalding hot in a matter of seconds. It took half an hour to have the equivalent of a 5 min shower. We complained about this and the manager said she would look at it. The next day it was exactly the same, we didn't have time to do anything about it and suffered the dribbling shower again.
As we left we asked about it again and said we were not prepared pay full price and we deserved a discount. The manager did not discuss it with us face to face and continued to carry on with her jobs round the corner of the office. We had to come and ask her to talk to us face to face! She then explained she had got someone to look at the shower and it was because that the local water board were working on the water in the area that the shower was like it was. This seemed a huge cover up and later we found out that other people's showers in the hotel were fine - so this was a blatant lie. She made absolutely no effort to say sorry and was extremely rude to me and my friend. Therefore I highly recommend you do not stay here. |
