Our 4 1/2 star Victorian (c) 1890 B&B surrounds you with natural wood interiors and period furnishings that offer an unparalleled romantic experience. We are just minutes from Halls Harbour/Kentville and Wolfville in Centreville. Our home is surrounded by the Annapolis Valley and its beautiful apple orchard country side. Lesley and I offer you a 4 course (you don't need to eat lunch after that) breakfast that few are able to completely finish. Yogurt, fresh fruit, home made honey and molasses bread, 6 home made Delft jams, pancakes, eggs and Canadian back bacon all start your day. The Delft Haus sits on an acre of green gardens encircled with century old oak and ash trees. We are just minutes from all major site seeing attractions and we offer 4 large guest rooms each with beautifully appointed private baths, 3 ensuite. All this is surrounded by a story book Victorian gingerbread veranda, and flowered walkways. Air-conditioning, Television, DVD's, Internet and phones are all available. |
