At age 60 i have had the privilege of traveling all over the world. Shepard's was the worst experience i have ever had. They charged a higher price than i was given when i made the reservation. When i checked in i was told i must pay for my entire stay up front. The lady at the counter "cody" kept telling me i had signed a contract... I had no idea what she was talking about. When i asked for a manager, she lied and said she was the manager which i later found out was untrue. And it just got worse and worse after that. I had several guests there for my sons wedding and they were also harassed. Booking rooms for my sons wedding guests at sheppard's was the worst decision i've made in years.
