I rent one of berlin49 apartment in kreuzberg last year and it is very nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner also helpful, eventough we booked it from the company website, but we deal directly with the owner and it is nice. We also pay it in cash so we didn't worry they will charge some more from our account.
