Superb assistance of our leisure stay in florence... Museum reservation, tour and excursions booking, staff very helpful, nice amenities and very good accommodation.

Conveniently located near the train station, very very good quality for 3 stars hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, i suggest to anyone that search small but charming accommodation.

Cosy and charming hotel, very convenient next to main train station, strang entrance difficult to find but once you're there you fill like a rich man in your private house in italy, best service and helpful staff i've found in my trip to italy. Good breakfast and open till late morning. Try it......

My visit was on march 15th 2003, the hotel is new very clean and the ambience is just fantastic, i will stay there any time i will go in florence
