She is a very impolite person she lies about the distance to the center it isn t 15 minutes walking to the center of utrecht but 1 hour walk to the city we wanted to have our money back we paid for 5 days and she didn t want she said you booked for 5 days so you have to pay we staid only one night it costs us a lot of money the room wasn t clean and the breakfast was horror
