The residence lvr le birdie comprises nine small residences, all with typical savoyard architecture, and is located on the 27 hole golf de giez course, 32 kilometres from le grand bornand and la clusaz ski resorts. The 107 apartments open onto balconies and feature typical, warm, mountain style decor, with wooden floors. All are equipped with cable television and kitchenettes with cookware/dishes, coffee/tea makers, microwaves, mini ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers.

With 49 slopes suitable for beginners, intermediate skiers and snowboarders, le grand bornand is a small resort in the aravis pass area that offers 56 kilometres of cross country and telemark skiing, along with snowshoeing, skidoos and approximately 70 apres ski restaurants and bars. La clusaz offers 83 slopes, ranging from gentle inclines for beginners to more challenging pistes for experienced skiers, and a free bus service runs from the village to the lifts. The resort also features a snowboard park, sports centre, ice rink and plenty of hiking trails. Guests can take a trip to lake annecy or explore the town of faverges, both of which are within five kilometres. Geneva international airport is 70 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour. |
