The hotel du pillon is an old mountain hotel, but with recently renovated insulation. It keeps, however, its rustic charm with washbasins in the bedrooms and a sufficient number of comfortable shower booths on each floor. The parquet floors still squeak, but the ageing ceramic stove will keep you warm. Enjoy the experience of finding yourself in another era. You might run into stravinsky, d.h. Lawrence, aldous huxley and others artists who stayed here in the years 1917 to 1927.
