The hibiscus beach resort is comprised of numerous modern two storey buildings set amid banyan trees in tropical gardens overlooking the turquoise waters of pereybere lagoon. It features 40 guestrooms, all of which include a modern decor with dark wood furniture and cool tiled floors. All rooms open onto balconies or terraces and include air conditioning, cable television, safes, internet connections, minibars and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries, hair dryers and bathrobes.
the beach restaurant offers fresh seafood specialities served al fresco on a tiled terrace beside the beach and swimming pool, while hibiscus restaurant serves buffet dishes for breakfast and dinner. Pastries, pancakes, local mauritian delicacies and refreshments are served in the snack corner with views of the lagoon and coral reef. Every sunday, traditional music is performed alongside the island's national dance, the sega, and a creole buffet is served. Two of mauritius's finest beaches, casita and pereybere, are 50 metres from the hotel. Port louis, with its museums and the caudan waterfront, is 20 kilometres away. Sir seewoosagur ramgoolam international airport (mru) is 75 minutes by car, 60 kilometres from the hotel. |
