The villa construction dates back to an enlargement of a tower and was built so that the carcaione stream ran under one of the three arches which upheld the structure. The reconstruction of the villa guarantees every comfort and has retained the characteristic structure of the villa with its thick stone walls, beam ceilings and terracotta floors.
