| From 1917 the hotel has hosted many artists, writers, bullfighters and folk singers, federico garcãa lorca and his mother used to spend summers here. From his room he wrote to other personalities of that era -like salvador dalã and manuel de falla- who sometimes visited him here. As well as visited by artists like the painter lã³pez mezquita, the flamenco singer juanito valderrama, the bullfighter manolete and his girlfriend lupe sino. One of the main attractions is the lanjarã³n spa located just 50 metres from the hotel where you can indulge in a whole range of treatments. Its waters enriched with bicarbonate, calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium and flows at 16/27 degrees are thought to help some conditions like arthritis, back and liver problems, rheumatism and stress to name just a few. |
