The hotel was newly renovated in summer of 2007 with 33 rooms & suites, a boutique style hotel, located off famous folsom street in a small, quaint alley called hallam place. When you enter the street you feel like you are in a charming small european town, yet still in soma/downtown san francisco. Most rooms have city skyline views. The inn is a smoke free hotel including public areas and the lobby are all non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in a designated area outside. Convenient
