Hotel aenos has its roots back to the 18th century. It wasoriginally built in 1780 and served as a family mansion forpermanent residence. It belonged to count metaxas a familyconnected with important historical events of recent historyof greece. In 1961 a small building with eight rooms on the firstfloor and some shops on the ground floor was constructed onthe same site of the magnificent 18th century mansion whichwas again rented as a hotel. It is a modern hotel whichoffers many different facilities.
