By far, the worst experience we've ever had upstate. Not only is the inn rather run down, the owner was horrific in the treatment of my guests (we rented a number of rooms and held our wedding rehearsal dinner here). She was rude and downright abusive in the way she spoke to my guests. I've never seen a business owner so oblivious to the idea of customer service. In fact, she goes beyond simple ignorance to the realm of mean and nasty. I can't say enough to let you know for certain that you should never consider staying here.
